Manager, Laser Development

Position Overview

The Manager, Laser Development will lead the development and industrialization of advanced semiconductor laser technologies, including FP lasers, DFB lasers, EMLs, and external cavity laser modules. This role is responsible for driving technology innovation, leading engineering teams, and ensuring successful integration of laser solutions into the company’s products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and qualification of semiconductor laser devices and modules, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost targets.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and scientists, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
