Land Acquisition – Data Centers (Nordics)
We are seeking experienced Senior Land Acquisition Manager specialists to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of strategic land opportunities across the Nordic region for hyperscale and colocation data center developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure land opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, municipalities, utilities, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct site selection assessments, including power availability, fiber connectivity, planning constraints, environmental considerations, and infrastructure access.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage land acquisition transactions from initial engagement through to contract execution.
