Responsibilities
- Project Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of all construction projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement project control processes and systems to monitor project costs and performance. Ensure compliance with financial standards, policies, and procedures.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Establish project budgets, including detailed cost breakdowns and allocation of resources. Monitor and manage project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain budget adherence. Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are tracked and reported.
