Short Description

The Manager, IT Mergers & Acquisitions is accountable for leading and orchestrating all Information Technology activities supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures at Bombardier. The role serves as the single point of accountability for the IT M&A stream, ensuring technology risks, costs, dependencies, and execution strategies are clearly defined, governed, and aligned with Bombardier business objectives. The position combines direct ownership of IT due diligence and carve-outs with senior‑level orchestration across BIS domain teams, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, and external advisors.
