Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, IT, - 6+ years of proven experience as IT Infrastructure Manager, with leadership responsibilities, including hiring, disciplining, coaching, rewarding, and terminating employees.

• Experience managing Cloud services including security, provisioning, cost management, data redundancy, and system migration.


• Microsoft Office 365 online mail exchange experience.


• Thorough understanding of networks and cloud computing.


• Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.


• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.


• Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems troubleshooting.
