Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, IT, - 6+ years of proven experience as IT Infrastructure Manager, with leadership responsibilities, including hiring, disciplining, coaching, rewarding, and terminating employees.
Experience managing Cloud services including security, provisioning, cost management, data redundancy, and system migration.
Microsoft Office 365 online mail exchange experience.
Thorough understanding of networks and cloud computing.
Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems troubleshooting.
Commitment to maintaining a strong customer service culture and delivering superior service-oriented infrastructure operations.
English is required.
