About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Manager, Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Asset Management Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
- Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.
- Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.
- Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.
- Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.
- Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.
- Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.
