Manager, inspection & quality control (Reynosa)

Role Purpose

Develops and facilitates implementation of environmental, safety, and hygiene strategies to minimize risk and to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, certification, and corporate requirements. Acts as the key point of contact for all safety, hygiene, and environmental systems and activities, driving continuous improvement and establishing a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the implementation of environmental, safety, hygiene, and RBA management systems (ISO14001/ISO45001).
• Execute responsibilities as defined in the facility Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Support safety and hygiene risk assessments and environmental assessments, and implement mitigation activities to identify, evaluate and control unsafe conditions and prevent non‑compliant environmental actions.
