The Manager, I&I Hub Operations is an operational leader within the I&I Hub and is responsible for best‐in‐class service delivery and people management.
The I&I Hub Manager will lead and inspire an I&I delivery Hub team supporting a portfolio of clients and collaborate with I&I colleagues within I&I Partners and Data Strategy to implement new approaches and best practices.
The Manager, I&I Hub Operations plays a critical role ensuring effective delivery of I&I output across the hub teams and alignment with broader I&I objectives.

Reports to – Senior Manager, I&I Hub Operations
This role is hybrid if based in Monterrey working 1 day per week at our AMS Monterrey office.
