**Manager, Indirect Purchasing - Americas**This position will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing all indirect spend across manufacturing sites across North America.This role ensures cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies while driving strategic initiatives to improve indirect procurement processes.This role will have the site-specific indirect buyers reporting directly to them and will report up to the Director of Indirect Procurement for the Americas region.This is a new transformational role where experience driving change management and working to implement buying efficiencies will be critical to its success.This role will work closely with procurement category management teams to ensure effective integration and collaboration into strategic category spend plans to support compliance with strategies as well as support in value creation as determined.
