In this role you will lead indirect channel operations for Southern Europe, with a focus on Spain and Portugal, ensuring global ICM standards and partner performance. You will partner with local leadership and commercial teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive operational discipline, and deliver measurable results within a strong compliance framework. As a member of the SITE Committee Iberia and the EMEA Leadership Team, you will align execution across the region and drive continuous improvement of the indirect channel.
