Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, design, and delivery of interventions to improve outcomes for smallholder farmers
- Evaluate opportunities in the agricultural sector, assessing ROI, risk, and feasibility
- Design programs from implementation planning through pilot design and stakeholder coordination
- Track results, evaluate impact, and iterate on programs
- Manage and develop a small team of analysts remotely and across cultures
- Build and maintain relationships with private sector and government partners
- Conduct fieldwork in smallholder communities across Sub‑Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia
Requirements
- 6-12 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including Project Leader or Engagement Manager level
