Job Description

This role reports into the Clinical Study Leadership (CSL) SMAO Director and is a people leader responsible for the direct management of a cohesive regional team of 15-17 Study Management Associates (SMAs), who serve as front-line study execution staff. They position their direct reports for success to deliver best‑in‑class study execution. They are responsible for providing the necessary guidance and support for SMAs to master new skills, maximize operational efficiencies, and reach their full potential.
