Manager II, Project Execution

Mission: ØManage customer projects at execution phase from contract award till closing and handing over to Service.. Key Responsibilities: ØAnimate the PM team to ensure Schneider ETO Project Management practices are implemented and understood. ØLead the team in achieving Project objectives in terms of Quality, Time and Cost. ØEnsure clear and concise communication from the team to external and internal contacts. Main Activities: ØOrganize and adapt the Project Management activity according to the load, project complexity and required skills, competencies and versatilities. ØCreate training plans for the team in coordination with HRBP. ØManage the load /capacity of the department. ØAnimate the Team through visual SIM process: follow and animate performance indicators. ØEnsure continuous improvement by defining productivity targets and action plans. ØManage the budget of the department.
