About NOC

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the central command and control hub for Transportation Execution across Amazon’s supply chain network, supporting multiple geographies including NA, India, and EU. NOC ensures hassle‑free, timely pickup and delivery of freight from vendors to fulfillment centers and from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs. When exceptions occur, NOC intervenes to resolve issues and keeps stakeholders informed. In addition to tactical problem solving, NOC monitors network trends, automates processes, and proposes changes to streamline operations, playing a critical role in maintaining Amazon’s ability to serve customers on time.
