Position Overview: The Manager II, Manufacturing Engineering position plays a key role in driving organizational change and process improvement to achieve business objectives. The Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment is seeking a business and manufacturing professional to drive the implementation of new technologies and best practices across our global manufacturing sites. This position is critical to facilitate collaboration with internal partners and to create capability to effectively support and grow the business. Reporting to the Global Director - Manufacturing Engineering, the role focuses on deployment of new technologies, sharing best practices for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, and launch of new products at our global manufacturing sites.
