Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, 5+ years.
CSP, CHMM, or other related certifications preferred.
Responsibilities- Partner with site management to lead the EHS risk management program and culture through proactive, continuous improvement activities.
- Train the team to promote the well‑being of employees and the communities where we work.
- Manage EHS Specialist(s) in an assigned location, providing hiring, promotion, disciplinary recommendations, performance evaluation, and feedback for direct reports.
- Develop, implement, and improve environmental, health, and safety programs based on regulations, corporate standards, and best practices for the location.
- Ensure appropriate EHS standards and inspections are implemented; prepare or review reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
