Responsibilities
Support Senior Leadership during all stakeholder interactions including meeting organization, presentation materials, meeting follow‐ups, and liaising with business teams for execution and management of action items.
Publish regular communications to all stakeholders including weekly project status updates, application release notes, with clear, concise, transparent, and objective communication to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage monthly reporting requirements (e.g., reconciling budget vs actuals, preparing stakeholder financial reports, updating reporting systems).
Keep project calendar up to date with key milestones.
Oversee the successful delivery of portfolio of projects per the defined project management life‐cycle (PMLC) standards in terms of schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
Account for project outcomes through the use of proactive escalations and transparent communications.
