Responsibilities
- Support Senior Leadership during all stakeholder interactions including meeting organization, presentation materials, meeting follow‑ups, and liaising with business teams for execution and management of action items.
- Publish regular communications to all stakeholders including weekly project status updates, application release notes, with clear, concise, transparent, and objective communication to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage monthly reporting requirements (e.g., reconciling budget vs actuals, preparing stakeholder financial reports, updating reporting systems).
- Keep project calendar up to date with key milestones.
- Oversee the successful delivery of portfolio of projects per the defined project management life‑cycle (PMLC) standards in terms of schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
