Major Responsibilities and Authorities
- Sales and Operations Planning Process owner
- Define Supply Chain Strategy
- Ensure purchased and machined components availability to support internal and external customer demand
- Control/Plan raw material, WIP and FG stocking level
- Cycle counting
- Negotiation and agreements with internal customers to improve conditions of planning and demand
- Calculation and adherence of department's budget
- Coaching developing and engaging team members to excel at their roles
- Participating in cross-functional projects to review and implement continuous improvement projects across the facility
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials (MBA is a plus)
- Production Planning/Purchasing. 5+ years
- Experience in leading teams (3 to 5 years)
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
- APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification...
