Manager I, Machining Production

Position Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, safety and of desired quality.
Liaisons with functional or operational area managers (e.g. in supply and logistics, or sales) to understand current and future product needs and develops plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.
Provides supervision and guidance to Production Superintendents and/or Supervisors.
Leads activities and projects to support continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction.
Major Responsibilities:
