Position Summary

The Manager, Human Resources provides human resources expertise via subject matter expertise, advice and counsel to leaders and employees across Canada. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the incumbent will advise leaders and employees on HR legislation, systems, policies and processes, industry best practices, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, with a focus on the employee experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Provides advice and counsel to employees on the content and interpretation of HR Policies and on various HR legislation.
• Counsels and coaches leaders by providing proactive guidance and direction on employee relations issues.
