We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – US Human Resources to lead our HR operations. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional with extensive hands‑on experience in HR practices, systems, compliance, and people management.
As the Manager –HR , you will lead a team responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR services at Level 3 BOS . Your responsibilities will span Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Working closely with the Head of US‑HR, you will play a key role in driving cross‑border HR initiatives, optimizing processes, implementing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with US employment regulations.
