To functionally manage Hudbay's HR Information Systems
Role Accountabilities:
System Integrity, Architecture, and Alignment: Accountable for the architectural integrity of HR systems, ensuring all design decisions harmonize global business requirements with technical scalability.HRIS Governance & Prioritization: Accountable for the HRIS governance framework, ensuring system changes are prioritized based on business value and executed within corporate risk and control parameters.
