**Your key responsibilities will include:**
+ Supporting assigned functional managers, in areas including but not limited to recruiting, employee moves, compensation, and cyclical processes, as both a process expert and liaison with internal HR COE partners
+ Proactively owning real-time data monitoring, input, and maintenance for designated Corporate functions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, organizational charts, functional spreadsheets, and Headcount/Total Employment Cost processes
