Job Title: Manager HR Strategy & Execution (HR Transformation PMO | People & Culture) Role Purpose Support the CHRO in planning, driving, and monitoring all HR strategic projects across PMS, Talent, L&D, Digital HR, Shared Services, CSR and D&I. Acts as the central project manager ensuring timelines, coordination, and smooth execution.
