Manager, Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations

Reports to: Associate Executive Director

Salary: $65,348 - $79,199

Location: Niagara Region (Hybrid)

Status: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours weekly)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Some additional hours/flexibility may be required from time to time.

The Manager, Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations provides leadership for employee relations, HR operations, compensation and payroll oversight, workforce compliance, and organizational people practices at Hospice Niagara.
