Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete onboarding process including PRO process; review and update the induction presentation; review vendor performance yearly; manage escalations from stakeholders during deployments.
- Conduct We Care meetings and Gemba walks; plan and conduct employee engagement activities to reduce attrition and improve retention.
- Review and update policies and procedures; communicate to all employees; conduct awareness meetings and prepare communications.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts; address and close Zoho escalations; make final decisions on certain DC cases.
- Oversee payroll, EOS, and benefits administration; approve SRFs and sign all employee letters (salary revision, promotion, etc.); handle EOS escalations; approve work‑related injury treatments; handle insurance renewals and medically critical/fitted cases.
