Purpose of the role

In this role you are responsible for all HR activities, being actively involved in employee relations and primarily working in the Barcelona Hub Office. You will ensure healthy delivery and good governance of HR operations in Barcelona and Madrid, provide quality solutions for all HR management needs, and lead process‑improvement projects in line with Bunge’s integral and regional HR strategy.
