The Manager HR Analytics will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO by driving people insights, workforce analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The role is responsible for developing HR dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, measuring HR effectiveness, and delivering actionable recommendations that support talent, organizational, and business strategies.

• Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide HR dashboards and workforce analytics reports.
• Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, diversity, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
