Job Description

Reporting to the Vice‑President, People & Organization, the Manager, HR Administration and Benefits oversees the administrative components of human resources management and the operational management of employee benefits. This individual ensures compliance of both plans and files, while implementing optimized administrative processes across all areas. Finally, they guide and support the optimal use of the HRIS.
