What the day will look like
Client Management :
- Assist Client Servicers with general enquiries and provide professional advice on the Health & Benefits Program, including insurance plans and flexible benefits.
- Manage client relationships by delivering timely and accurate responses to claims and enquiries, ensuring satisfactory service.
