This role supports the Health Care Compliance activities in Spain, providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech business. The manager partners closely with country and regional leadership, Legal, business/functional stakeholders, and regional/global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.
