The Groups sales manager is responsible for proactively soliciting, negotiating, and managing group business celebrations and weddings for One&Only; Mandarina, responding to inquiries within the set time frame all with the intention of confirming profitable catering business and achieving annual sales group goals, with a primary focus on Weddings and Incentive Groups from international markets outside the United States and Canada.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and secure wedding and incentive group business in assigned international markets (excluding U.S. and Canada).
• Identify opportunities for social celebrations, destination weddings, buyouts, and high‑end incentive travel aligned with the property’s ultra‑luxury positioning.
