Overview

Sun Life Financial is looking for a visionary leader to manage a disability claims team within Group Disability. In this role you will drive profitability, build a high‑performing team, and serve as the primary contact for assigned group insurance clients.

• Manage daily operations of a disability claims team and ensure profitability of the group disability portfolio.
• Plan resources and budget to maintain appropriate staffing levels and efficient claims handling.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a collaborative disability management team aligned with company culture and customer‑service standards.
• Build and deepen client relationships as the primary representative for assigned block of clients.
