As the MDRA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating change management, promoting both individual and team development within the MDRA. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective framework for the operations of surgical reprocessing services in order to facilitate delivery of efficient, effective and safe patient care. You also will play a key role in developing and maintaining clear lines of communication with the Operating Room and other stakeholders throughout the Site.
