Manager General Ledger (Bogotá)

Position Purpose

Ensure the efficient and timely management of the General Ledger, guaranteeing the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the company’s financial information. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Hapag‑Lloyd accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and corporate guidelines, as well as applicable legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.

As a manager, this role supports the execution of the department strategy and contributes to business objectives through effective management of resources, processes, and teams under responsibility. The position will lead, develop, and support the assigned GL team, providing guidance in the resolution of complex situations, technical questions, operational topics, and internal or escalations.
