We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse) to lead our end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across warehouse processes, driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and leading a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional fulfilment experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
Responsibility
Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training team of warehouse associates and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled (picked, packed and dispatched) accurately within the agreed SLA.
