About the Role
As an FP&A Manager for the Americas, you will support the Head of FP&A – Americas in delivering financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across Northland’s Americas operating assets and development projects. The role is based in Toronto and requires working from the corporate office a minimum of four times a week in line with our hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budget, long-range plan, and quarterly reforecast processes for the Americas region.
- Analyze asset performance monthly, including variance analysis and scenario modeling to support decision‑making.
- Partner with Operations, Asset Management, and Development teams to maintain updated asset forecasts and financial models.
- Monitor asset performance and provide insights on production, pricing, costs, and commercial factors.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs.
