The Manager, FP&A & Accounting is a senior, hands‑on finance leader responsible for controllership, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership across multiple operating units. Reporting to the CFO, this role serves as a key financial partner to the business, providing insight, structure, and discipline to support scaling operations and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Own enterprise‑wide performance across revenue, gross margin, and SG&A
Lead the monthly close from both FP&A and accounting perspectives
Provide final FP&A sign‑off on results prior to executive reporting
Identify and address financial risks, leakage, and control gaps
Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors to ensure accuracy and alignment
