As the Employment Services Manager, you will oversee vocational programs addressing the needs of clients with diverse challenges. Your role includes guiding staff, creating care plans, and maintaining connections with families and service providers. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies while managing budgets and implementing effective vocational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate community services
• Supervise Employment Counsellor Assistant and support staff
• Create risk and crisis management plans
• Monitor program effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Prepare reports for internal and external use
Requirements:
• Degree in social services or related field
