The role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Manila-based Financial Reporting team, which supports our EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. This is a dual-focused role: you will provide hands‑on leadership and day‑to‑day oversight for our Manila‑based accountants, while also owning end‑to‑end statutory financial statement preparation for a portfolio of Netflix entities. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who embodies exceptional judgment, adaptability, self‑lessness, and resilience, and who will drive the strategic scaling of our team while championing innovation and continuous improvement across all accounting areas.
