Job Summary

Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting. Supports decision‑making by providing timely financial insights and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial transactions across development, construction and operational phases; gather necessary information.
• Supervise and manage accounting staff: delegate tasks, review work, and conduct periodic expenditure reviews to ensure compliance with budget and finance policies before payment processing.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing for assigned projects/entities, including tax review.
• Provide bank and government documentation for compliance reporting.
• Recommend and document new accounting or tax processes by analyzing current procedures and updating relevant process documents.
