Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage operations and activities of a finance function (e.g., treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management)
- Develop and evaluate financial plans and policies
- Establish and maintain accounting, financial and reporting policies and controls
- Present and analyze financial results to support the management team
- Report to a Director and manage professional individual contributors
- Lead a specific department or discipline within finance and be accountable for its results
- Manage internal and external audits
- Manage monthly closing, budgets and forecast
- Manage team of finance professionals
- Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable functions
- Manage VAT, corporate tax and other taxes
- Manage Treasury functions
