Manager, FDE
You are the deepest expert at Supersonik on what makes a great agent, and on how to build the team that builds them. You will lead and scale the FDE function, own delivery velocity and quality across every agent in production, and codify the playbook that defines what good looks like. For the first six months, you are a player‑coach: personally rolling up your sleeves on the hardest agents while simultaneously building the team around you.

- FDE hiring funnel, ramp process, and IC performance
- Delivery quality and speed across all live agents
- The Supersonik agent playbook: what good looks like, anti‑patterns, pitfalls
- Platform feedback loop with Engineering: patterns, priorities, primitives
- Player‑coach for six months: personally building the hardest agents
