Position Summary:

The Manager FATCA/CRS is responsible for ensuring the Bank's compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) requirements. The role provides regulatory advisory support, oversees the implementation and maintenance of FATCA/CRS policies and procedures, ensures timely and accurate regulatory reporting, and collaborates with business, operations, and support functions to maintain compliance with tax transparency obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.
