Manager – External Workforce & Vendor Management (Technology)

Lead and manage a team of senior analysts to execute external workforce and vendor management activities in line with Scotiabank policies and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and drives a customer‑focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Leads and coaches a team of senior analysts, External Workforce Management, to execute against their assigned activities, goals, and cascaded operational objectives.
• Collaborates with vendors, contract owners, and business leaders to ensure operations’ alignment to the Scotiabank’s External Workforce Management Governance and provides advisory to stakeholders about the team’s process.
