The Manager, Exit will lead the execution of employee off‑boarding processes within Global Services HR, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient exit processes across regions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract closures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
• Manage and optimize HR digital tools and workflows supporting exit processes.
