Job Overview
The Manager, Exit will lead the execution of employee off‑boarding processes within Global Services HR, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient exit processes across regions. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes, maintaining data accuracy, and partnering with functional groups to deliver seamless off‑boarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract closures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Manage and optimize HR digital tools and workflows supporting exit processes.
- Oversee accurate creation, maintenance, and closure of employee records and documentation.
- Partner with payroll, legal, IT, and HR Business Partners for timely and seamless off‑boarding execution.
