About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee our national Equipment Services operations. This role leads a mobile team of field technicians and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Lead and optimize national field service operations to meet service level agreements and customer expectations
- Manage technician scheduling, territories, and productivity using Salesforce (FSL)
- Oversee inventory, equipment repairs, and budget performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices
