Description As our Enterprise Solutions Manager, you will be a key influence to our digital business ecosystem, creating the digital engine that empowers our global teams to scale green energy. Reporting directly to the Director of IS/IT you will lead a dedicated team of application specialists supporting critical platforms including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Service Cloud CRM, Salesforce CRM, Oracle Agile PLM, and our Enterprise AI solution.
Your core mandate is strategic: you will lead the planning and execution of our multi‑year enterprise application modernization strategy, including evaluating, selecting, and migrating to replacement platforms that support Ballard’s expansion while managing costs.
